“Mid afternoon on a Saturday, with the Pantomime season in full swing, the Church Hall toilets decide to start misbehaving! On to the Internet and JLM is the first ‘local’ company to come up (the others are national companies) so gave them a ring. Immediately answered, told James the problem and asked if he could delay by an hour so the performance could finish. Arrived early which was great, immediately set to work and after a lot of rodding, cleared what looked like a quite long standing blockage. Very pleasant manner, came at the appointed time and you can pay by card! He’s now on the Church’s list of approved tradesmen. A great find. Many thanks.”
